Data Scientist (with ML focus) in UKRAINE

We are looking for a  Data Scientist (with ML focus) to take a leadership role in the technical development of this groundbreaking solution. You will collaborate closely with a team of experts to create, enhance, and implement machine learning models that address real-world challenges. This role provides a unique chance to grow alongside a pioneering project while making a lasting impact in a fast-evolving industry.

Project Overview:

Become part of a transformative venture in the real estate industry, focused on building an innovative platform for property valuation and purchase suitability analysis. By integrating advanced Machine Learning tools such as LangChain and LangGraph, this project empowers users to make smarter, data-informed choices in the real estate market, setting a new standard for analytical tools in the field.

This is a part-time gig (2-3 month trial) with the chance to move into a full-time role. You'll be part of an innovative real estate tech project driven by a Netherlands-based team aiming to reshape how real estate decisions are made using advanced solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for property valuation and purchase feasibility.
• Designed and maintained data pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph for smooth data integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, validate models, and improve solution performance.
• Tackle NLP challenges related to unstructured real estate data.
• Ensure ML models and pipelines are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior developers as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer.
• Strong expertise in LangChain and LangGraph technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Solid hands-on experience with NLP techniques and tools.
• Deep understanding of data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in real estate or property valuation projects.
• Knowledge of the Dutch real estate market.
• Full-stack development skills to enhance machine learning applications.
