Your job
- You support new customers and partners in the onboarding and implementation of ReadID;
- You advise new customers and partners on how to use ReadID in the best possible way;
- You support the sales department as an advisor on technical questions and you also help existing customers with these technical questions, but you are not part of the helpdesk;
- You ensure effective implementation of ReadID at multiple customers simultaneously, including technical integration and support;
- You work with customers from all over the world, together with colleagues of different nationalities;
- You work with a wide range of customer stakeholders, including architects, server and mobile developers, security and compliance staff, and the business;
- You work with our internal experts to provide the best answers and solutions when implementing ReadID;
- You contribute to improving API documentation, technical manuals, administrator guides, FAQs, sample code and whitepapers, based on your own experiences and those of customers;
- You proactively involve product management in feature requests from customers and of course contribute to these initiatives yourself;
- You will work closely with our Service Delivery and Customer Success departments.
Who are you?
- You have a relevant BSc or MSc degree (computer science, software engineering or computer security);
- You are a geek that loves tech and who truly understands customer needs and solves problems in the blink of an eye, resulting in satisfied customers who use our solutions without problems;
- You have strong communication skills, can effectively manage customer expectations while maintaining clear and smooth contact with your colleagues;
- You have the right technical knowledge to talk to your fellow developers as well;
- You always want to learn, are open to feedback and also know how to give constructive feedback;
- You have experience with both mobile (iOS, Android) and server/SaaS solutions and with integrations of REST APIs, JSON, XML and JWT;
- You have strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and prioritize as needed;
- You have a good command of the English language (verbal and written);
- You have the ability to guide a ReadID implementation project at a customer from start to finish and then hand over to our Service and Customer Success team;
- You live in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate to the Enschede area, working from our tech hub in Valencia is also an option;
- You will work at least 2 days per week in the office.
