About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Ad Creator/ Designer with experience of movie making, You'll work on a contract basis, helping us to create social media ad videos to promote CVR of our product iface (Facebook, Instagram and so on). Also you will edit some other promotion movies for our home page and Apple Store Preview

The ideal candidate will have past experience helping to increase CVRs through social media advertising videos. Creators/ designers must understand our product iface's services and the characteristics of the main target user, and effectively lead users to download the app while incorporating the latest trends in social media advertising.

The production is totally data driven; the creators/ designer also need to be able to revise the advertisement and provide creative ideas to response the feedback from the data analysis.

This is a remote position offering a flexible work environment, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and creative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CEO and marketing team to brainstorm video concepts, refine messaging, and ensure final edits align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining a high standard of video editing and production.
• Keep up with the latest trends, challenges, and video styles on Facebook and Instagram.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience making videos for social media, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Proven experience as ad creator/ designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your short-form video editing skills, particularly for social media platforms like Facebook & Instagram.
• A passion for the ever-evolving world of social media trends and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, but also thrive in a collaborative environment.
• You understand what works on social media and can turn that into great content.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Points:

• If you've made videos for Reddit and TikTok ads before.
• If you have used any AI service for your editing work.
• If you know about social media analytics and can track how well videos perform.
• If you're familiar with music licensing and copyright rules.

Working Conditions

• Full Remote
• Must be able to work 25+ hours per week.
• The pay range for this role is 400JPY ~ 800JPY per hour.
• Compensation will be paid only for the period when they are assigned to projects.
• Compensation will be sent via wise.com.
