We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our Home Care business. The ideal candidate will have strong advertising expertise and a passion for connecting with target audiences. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective online and offline advertising strategies to promote our Home Care services
Manage and optimize social media accounts to engage audiences and generate leads
Create compelling marketing materials, including graphics, blog posts, and newsletters
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns
Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM management
Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote working environment
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
