Long-Form Video Editor in PHILIPPINES

We’re looking for a talented Podcast Video Editor to join our growing team and help us deliver polished, engaging podcast content to our clients.

About the Role

As our Podcast Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing 3-5 podcast episodes per week, ensuring high-quality visuals, seamless transitions, and engaging storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our team to uphold brand standards and create videos that captivate audiences.

This is a remote, flexible position. While deadlines are firm, you’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule to complete your work on time.

Responsibilities

• Edit 3-5 podcast episodes per week, including:
• Cutting raw footage to create cohesive episodes.
• Adding intros, outros, transitions, and branding elements.
• Enhancing audio quality (e.g., noise reduction, volume leveling).
• Syncing audio and video seamlessly.
• Create engaging video formats optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, social media).
• Incorporate client feedback to refine and improve final products.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains professional quality.
• Stay organized and meet all deadlines using our project management system (e.g., ClickUp).

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or work samples required).
• Expertise with Premiere Pro video editing software.
• Basic understanding of audio editing and enhancement.
• Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing podcasts or long-form content.
• Familiarity with YouTube and social media video optimization.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., creating thumbnail images).
• Knowledge of sound design or mixing for podcasts.
