We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a customer-first mindset to join our fast-moving team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with Product and Engineering to produce and define an intuitive and interactive experience across both web and mobile.
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to define projects
- Develop UI mockups, wireframe, and prototypes
- Execute all visual design starting from concept to handover to engineering and into QA
- Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a cohesive, intuitive experience
- Manage and stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Seek creativity, experimentation, and exploration at a conceptual level
- Take input and feedback from different stakeholders across different cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications:
- At least 5+ years with UX/UI
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with a teams of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Sketch
- Experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, Java, React, etc. is a plus
- Experience working remotely on communication and project management tools like Jira and Slack
- English proficiency/ability to copy edit is highly preferred
- Excellent portfolio of product design for digital products
- Excellent time management skills
