Collaborating within the Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to enhance the GBS organization and deliver substantial value for ALDI worldwide
Supporting the implementation of innovative HR solutions, driving efficiency and progress across the service tower
Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure the seamless rollout of new opportunities
Analyzing and developing business cases, with a focus on evaluating the financial impact of new initiatives
Overseeing vendor service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
Proactively managing risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted HR service delivery
Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
A degree in HR, business administration, economics, or a related field
3+ years of professional experience in HR, project management, or controlling, ideally within an international consultancy context
Proven expertise in project and risk management, including mitigation strategies
Strong skills in vendor management, particularly monitoring service delivery and evaluating performance against SLAs and KPIs
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in advanced Excel; skills in PowerPoint, Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW) are advantageous
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting
