Role: Dynamics CRM Software Engineer

Location: Cayman Islands (relocation is required with assistance available)

Salary: up to $140K USD

Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing financial client based in the Cayman Islands. They are looking to bring in a Dynamics CRM Software Engineer to oversee the design, implementation, and customization of the existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This role involves working closely with the existing development and IT infrastructure teams, monitor system capacity, as well as internal client teams.

Responsibilities

• Role will also be responsible for helping users with training and utilization of the system
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment
• Work with teams to extend current IT applications to make optimal use of the possibilities that Dynamics 365 CRM offer
• Collaborate with the design, product and client teams
• Lead and participate in the design and architecture meetings with team members to conduct business and process analysis and gather and document system requirements.

Experience

• 7+ years' experience within a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment in a similar role
• Experience with SharePoint CRM, MS SQL Server, PowerBI, Data Lakes & Azure Data Factory is preferred
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment processes and experience with Agile methods like Scrum
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM client has an office in the Cayman Islands. Please note, this position requires relocation to the Cayman Islands and relocation assistance is available for the role.
