Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Golang Backend Engineer with a proven track record in building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will significantly impact the future of our product by participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle--from discussing requirements and designing to implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of experts to build a well-designed, resilient, and performant SaaS environment.
• Design and develop core services and features.
• Work closely with product, DevOps, backend, and frontend engineers to deliver elegant and efficient solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend development experience (Go, Java, Rust, etc.).
• 2+ years of professional experience with Golang.
• Proficient in software engineering principles such as Design Patterns, SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI.
• Experienced in the full software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and containerization (Docker).
• Passion for distributed systems design and infrastructure.
• Strong skills in benchmarking and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on, production-level Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with data engineering (data pipelines, data lakes, stream processing).
• Proven track record of developing enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Experience building systems in cloud environments, especially AWS.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps frameworks and best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD).
