Key Responsibilities

๐ŸŽจ Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.

๐Ÿ“‹ Project Administration:

  • Track timelines, deadlines, and project deliverables to ensure everything runs on schedule.
  • Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Identify process improvements to boost team efficiency.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re seeking a candidate who brings a balance of creative flair and organizational excellence:

Must-Haves:

โœ… Experience managing social media accounts and crafting digital campaigns.

โœ… Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

โœ… Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

โœ… Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.

โœ… Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

๐ŸŽจ Basic design skills using tools like Canva or similar.
