Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director will lead and execute creative projects, focusing on branding, logo creation, and cohesive brand identity design. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that every design aligns with strategic objectives and exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a 4A agency and a passion for creating exceptional, impactful design work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branding and identity design projects from concept to execution.
• Create compelling logos and visual assets that embody brand values and resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define creative direction and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and present high-quality design concepts, mood boards, and brand guidelines.
• Occasionally design additional graphic assets such as marketing collateral and digital content.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry standards to ensure innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or Art Director, ideally with experience working in a 4A agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and comprehensive brand identity projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Experience working with high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 companies, is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fully remote environment.
