The team are now at a stage where they are looking to scale, now actively looking for a Backend Engineer to join the team, expertise in Go, AWS and PostgreSQL are crucial.

What You’ll Do as the Back End Engineer:

• Collaborate with a Product Team of around 7 members to develop and scale product infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain new features, contributing to the companies strategic product roadmap.
• Define and track key product and engineering metrics, iterating on solutions to continuously improve.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering collaboration and best practices within the engineering team.
• Own and enhance product domains, ensuring reliability and performance.

Experienced Needed as the Back End Engineering:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
• High proficiency in Golang and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and infrastructure tools like Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Linear App, Notion, Slack, Figma, Google Suite).
• Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases.
