Persons with a high degree of accountability and maturity will be prioritized as this is a 100% remote role.
For persons based in Malta or Cyprus, you can work from the company offices located in each respective country.
Salary
Euro 36k – 48k depending on experience
Who You Are:
• 3+ years experience in technical troubleshooting (hardware, software, networking)
• Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS/Linux environments, networking experience required
• System administration knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Azure, O365, Intune, GPO, security) at the level of AZ-104, AZ-500, MD-101 and MS-101
• Network knowledge at the level of CCNA
• General knowledge of the AWS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
What You Will Be Doing:
• Provide second-line support via a support system for a group of companies
(more than ten companies with their own infrastructure in different geographical locations, more than 250 different systems and tools, and more than 50 domains)
• Solve business and technical tasks by working on hardware/software requirements, deployment, testing, and upgrades
• Troubleshoot system functional and operational issues
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure needs
• Support JML procedure for all companies in the group
• Develop and enforce endpoint
