Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Time to Value: Provide guidance and assistance to the team to enable effective customer deployment and customization of the XDR/XSIAM platform throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring quick and successful product deployment and adoption.
  • Product Experts: Act as the product Subject Matter Expert (SME), assisting customers with product questions and technical requirements, writing scripts, troubleshooting, training, and addressing other technical requests.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customers and partners get the most out of the products.
  • Digital First: Ensure technical knowledge of the team is translated into articles and guides for customers to help scale customer support.

Experience:

  • Experience in development and maintenance of scripts in Python. Knowledge of JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus.
  • Experience in security design and architecture, content development, and workload automation.
  • Experienced with technologies such as EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW, and their ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and providers (such as GCP, AWS, Azure) and use-cases.
  • Familiarity with attack surface management.
  • Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with a focus in Cyber Security, Network Telecommunications, or Computer Systems.


Languages:

  • English: Speak, Read, Write (Fluent)
  • Spanish: Speak, Read, Write (Fluent)


Minimum Degree Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree


Salary:

  • $3500 usd per month
