As a UX/UI Designer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in our product team and make a significant contribution to securing our USP: plancraft - the user-friendly craftsmen software.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:


  • User Research: Immerse yourself in the daily challenges of small-sized contracting businesses through in-depth user interviews, surveys and feedback.
  • Concept Development: Create intuitive and user-friendly features from scratch and continuously improve existing functionalities.
  • UI Design: Design usable and joyful interfaces for web and mobile
  • Prototyping and Testing: Create interactive prototypes, conduct user tests, gather direct feedback, and iterate quickly to refine designs.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gain insights and make data-driven design decisions.


Salary: The salary for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 gross per year, depending on your previous experience.


YOUR PROFILE


✅ Are you a Match?


  • Degree or diploma in the field of design, also as a lateral entry
  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a UX designer.
  • You are proficient in relevant tools (Figma) and methods (research, concept development & UI)
  • You are really keen to accompany the craft into the digital age with the help of plancraft
  • German (C1) || English (B2)
