You will be the visionary force behind our brand’s future, taking ownership of its story, strategy, and execution. From refining our DTC presence to preparing for traditional retail expansion, you’ll have the autonomy and responsibility to make your mark on a brand that is disrupting an entire category.


Key Responsibilities:


Vision & Ownership

  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy to position autobrush as a household name and industry leader.
  • Take full ownership of the brand’s direction, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.

Brand as a Holistic System

  • Influence every aspect of the brand—marketing, product design, customer communications, packaging, and beyond.
  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect a cohesive and iconic brand identity.

Creative Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality, on-brand creative work.
  • Push boundaries while maintaining brand consistency, keeping the brand fresh and relevant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the glue between marketing, product, customer experience, and operations teams to deliver a seamless brand experience.
  • Lead initiatives that unify these departments under a shared vision.

Experimental Spirit

  • Innovate and test bold new ideas across platforms and channels.
  • Identify untapped opportunities, from partnerships to licensing to experiential marketing.

Financial & Strategic Oversight

  • Own a portion of the brand’s P&L, ensuring budgets align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Use data to track performance, optimize spending, and inform future strategies.

People & Vendor Management

  • Manage internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals and high-quality deliverables.
  • Build a team that shares your passion and drive for excellence.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing, ideally within a DTC brand.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling iconic brands.
  • Deep understanding of US consumer behavior and purchasing trends, particularly within the DTC and oral care markets.
  • Strong insight into the strategies and qualities that drive the success of rising US brands.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management and the ability to connect financial insights with creative strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, both visual and written, with the ability to connect emotionally with diverse audiences.
  • A relentless passion for brands and a hunger to leave your mark on something transformative.
  • A visionary and builder—someone ready to create systems, strategies, and solutions that shape the future of autobrush.
