Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. This fully remote role is open to candidates located in timezones between UTC and UTC+4, covering Europe and surrounding regions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operational excellence for our state-of-the-art cybersecurity software products.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a robust background in Linux, automation scripting, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll thrive in a role that combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer and user support, all while adhering to the highest cybersecurity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment workflows.
- Monitor and maintain the reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to automate processes and optimize infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex system and network issues with a focus on minimizing downtime.
- Provide exceptional customer and user support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in automation scripting using Bash and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, and security.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Awareness of and commitment to cybersecurity principles and practices.
