Role Overview:
As an HR Manager / People Operations Manager, you will play a role in managing our HR functions. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, organizational development (OD), and employee engagement initiatives. You will be involved in driving the company’s culture, ensuring employee satisfaction, and building a sustainable HR infrastructure that aligns with our business goals. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and hiring.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the technical and creative fields with world-class standards.
- Ensure candidates are qualified to work with international brands, understanding the tastes, needs, and high expectations that come with such projects.
- Build and manage an employer branding strategy to ensure Tellzer is recognized as an employer of choice, attracting only the best talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and forecast future talent requirements, ensuring the right candidates are brought on board to meet our evolving business goals.
Onboarding & Employee Experience:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the company.
- Provide ongoing support to new employees and ensure they have a positive experience during their initial months.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Work closely with leadership to support the company’s organizational growth and evolution.
- Help define and refine the company’s structure, roles, and career development pathways.
- Implement performance management systems that foster growth and development.
- Promote internal mobility and identify opportunities for talent development.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and implement actionable improvements based on feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated.
- Manage conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data and HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, hiring statistics, and employee engagement.
- Continuously analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on both recruitment and operational HR functions (onboarding, OD, payroll, employee relations, etc.).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or certifications in HR (such as SHRM or CIPD) is a plus.
- Industry Experience:
- Experience in a creative or tech-driven environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven experience with payroll administration and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices, particularly in a growing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using HRIS systems and payroll platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improvements.
