UI/UX Specialist in BANGLADESH

Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate UI-UX Designer/ UI-UX Specialist to join our team in a WORK FROM HOME opportunity. 

This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM BD time.

Ray Advertising is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Specialist to design and optimize user experiences that drive engagement and conversions for our diverse clientele across industries such as insurance, home services, finance, legal, mass tort, nutra and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-converting landing pages and websites, exceptional prototyping skills, and a strong understanding of user behavior, particularly in the USA market. This role requires an individual with a creative mindset, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach to design.

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform design decisions.
• Identify pain points in user journeys and create solutions to enhance usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
• UI/UX Design & Development:
• Design and optimize high-converting landing pages and websites tailored to diverse industries and target audiences.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes using industry-leading tools.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-centric, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design responsive layouts for optimal performance across devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
• Prototyping & Testing:
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with developers, marketers, and content teams to implement designs effectively.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for approval and feedback.
• Market-Specific Expertise:
• Leverage insights and trends specific to the USA market to create designs that resonate with American audiences.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and design standards, including ADA guidelines.

• Passionate about user-centered design and achieving measurable business results.
• Adaptable to emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design.
• Ability to balance aesthetic design with functional requirements to achieve business goals.
• Skilled in creating user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and conversion-focused.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address user experience challenges creatively and effectively.
• Expertise in developing user journeys and personas to enhance the overall user experience.
• Proficiency in responsive design principles for seamless multi-device performance.

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for implementing and testing designs.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of design systems and best practices for creating scalable and consistent designs.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering projects on time with attention to detail and quality.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a performance-driven marketing environment.
• Proven track record of designing high-converting landing pages or websites.
• Experience working with clients or projects targeting the USA market is highly preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse projects with measurable success in improving user engagement and conversion rates.

Work Environment:

- Remote Work: This role will be performed remotely from your home

- Work Schedule: Night shift from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM BD time.
