The Role

You'll lead the design and development of innovative features and products, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life. This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available for new hires.
In This Role, You Will
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, leveraging our platform to address their pain points effectively
Lead the end-to-end design process for new products and features, from conceptualization to implementation
Design and build responsive web applications within project timelines
Maintain and enhance existing design assets, including our design system
Consistently deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
To Excel In This Role, You Should
Possess 3+ years of relevant experience in design engineering, UI/UX design, or front-end development at tech-driven companies
Be proficient in tools like Figma, TypeScript, and React
Demonstrate a track record of success in fast-paced startup environments, delivering high-quality products and features from ideation to launch
Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
