We are seeking a talented and versatile Remote IT & Digital Content Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This unique role combines essential IT support responsibilities with creative content management tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients' technology runs smoothly while also contributing to their online presence and brand messaging.
Responsibilities
IT Support:
- Provide remote IT support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving software problems, and answering user inquiries.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based platforms.
- Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures to protect client data and systems.
- Assist with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, including network configuration, software installation, and device management.
Content Management:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging and informative content for client websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Manage website updates and ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in both IT support and content management.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud computing, and IT security best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
