Principal Data Engineer in TüRKIYE

As a Principal Data Engineer at CEPRES, you will spearhead the design and development of our data architecture, crucial for powering our financial analytics platform. You will handle complex data challenges, ensure scalability, guide data practices, and provide leadership in setting data modelling standards and improving our data solutions. A key aspect of your role will include close collaboration with software engineering teams to understand application requirements and ensure seamless integration and implementation of the data layer.

In this role, you will:

• Architect and implement scalable high-performance data solutions.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to bridge data and application requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust data systems and ensure cohesion between data architecture and application development.
• Mentor data engineering teams and guide best data practices.
• Ensure data consistency and quality throughout integrated systems.

Your profile:

• At least 8 years of experience with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and AWS data services.
• Proven leadership in managing complex data systems and collaborating with software engineering teams.
• Strong ability in strategic planning and executing technical roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the expertise to manage stakeholder expectations.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering.
