Design Project Manager in MEXICO

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced vendor to help manage design projects. This includes project information, resourcing, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and resources efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within plan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure tasks are completed as planned.
• Support prioritization decisions with producers and design management.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, leads and PMs and other teams to align project needs and ensure smooth integration.
• Utilize tools like Azure DevOps, Planner, to track tasks, manage resources, and provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare business users for changes and ensure a smooth transition.
• Implement a hybrid project management approach, enhance collaboration, and support resource allocation.

Requirements:

Project Management

• Demonstrable experience in project management and task coordination.
• Ability to manage and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Loop, Microsoft Teams, and M365 Copilot.
• Implementation of a hybrid project management approach to enhance collaboration and support resource allocation.

Design and Development

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in developing and maintaining user documentation and guides.
• Previous experience in managing design projects.

Communication and Collaboration

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Support for prioritization decisions with producers and design management.
• Collaboration with producers, engineers, designers, leads, PMs, and other teams to align project needs and ensure smooth integration.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within plan.
• Ability to prepare business users for changes and ensure a smooth transition.
