Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate level technical ability with common technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware basics, and Microsoft Azure, networking and firewalls. This individual will play a critical role in providing technical support to our internal users, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure. English and Professional/Technical English is required for this position. Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues including hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems. Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory. Administer Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshoot related issues. Assist in the maintenance and administration of VMware virtualization technologies. Monitor and maintain Azure cloud services and resources. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects and initiatives. Qualifications: 1-3 experience working in an IT role, preferable helpdesk. Knowledge of Active Directory administration. Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Basic understanding of VMware virtualization technologies. Basic understanding of networking and firewall technologies. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and resources. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications from providers such as CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware, etc. are a plus.
