Onsite Project Manager - Software Outsourcing in FRANCE

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in Digital Web and CRM projects. Based in France, you will act as a critical link between our clients and our India development center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within scope. Your expertise in technical project management, CRM implementation, and digital solutions will be pivotal in achieving project goals and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope Management: Identify, define, and document the complete project scope to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Requirement Analysis: Gather and translate client requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with the local French team to understand client needs, propose solutions, and support them in website, CRM, SEO, and SEM projects.
• Delivery Coordination: Regularly follow up with the India development team to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Process Development: Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and establish processes to streamline project management and control.
• Agile Practices: Actively participate in SPRINT meetings, manage backlogs, and ensure Agile methodologies are effectively implemented.
• Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive retail business to provide valuable insights and tailor solutions to client needs.
• CRM Enhancement: Collaborate with clients to enhance CRM functionality and develop new features based on evolving requirements.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to build a highly efficient and knowledgeable project team.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, including hands-on experience with CRM implementation and customization, Digital Website Platforms, SEO and SEM strategies and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a must.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience in the automotive retail industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and creating reports to track project performance.
