Aruba Network Engineer (100% Remote/3 -month contract)

Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader, is looking for an experienced Aruba Network Engineer. This engineer will help lead the upgrade of wireless infrastructure and access points at different locations. The transition will be from Cisco Flex to Aruba, managed by Aruba Central.

Responsibilities:

• Migrate, troubleshoot, configure, and support new Aruba access points and Remote configuration of Aruba access points in Aruba Central- knowing AOS 8 vs. AOS 10 code
• SSID configurations
• Network Protocol set up and configurations- BGP, MPLS, OSPF, etc.
• Network diagnosis and troubleshooting- LAN, WAN, VLAN, IP subnet experience
• Documentation experience and ability to lead a project end to end (will be main engineer on this upgrade project)
