We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in the media and entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce or other cloud-based platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce functionalities to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for Salesforce or other cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and green lighting teams to optimize processes and workflows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to support campaign management, approvals, and tracking.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions that align with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Salesforce users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.
• Experience in the media and entertainment sector, particularly with marketing campaigns or greenlighting processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
