Desktop Technician position in our
IT department, located in
Sala al Jadida, Morocco, might be your perfect fit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be instrumental in ensuring our employees have the technology support they need to be productive and efficient.
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional technical support to our employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless computing experience. This involves promptly resolving technical issues, proactively identifying potential problems, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction with our technology services. You will also contribute to ongoing projects to improve the technological environment and user experience.
As a Desktop Technician, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Download and test MS monthly patch in our lab
- Report on any devices that have not completed the update and work with teams to mitigate
- Work with our security prime to develop patching plan for 3rd party and other app patching
- Mainitain daily software standards
- Test new hardware as required, and update image as needed.
Compétences et expérience requises
This position requires 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a desktop technician or in a related role. Practical experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is essential. Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service within a technical environment will be highly considered. We are looking for someone with a consistent record of positive contributions in previous roles.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess a Comprehensive Skillset Encompassing
- Proficient with MECM for both OSD and Software updates
- Extensive experience and knowledge in technical and networking architecture, Active Directory, systems
- analysis, security; testing, QA environment, and live production environments
- Experience with automation of MECM reporting and other tools to automate desktop management activities.

- MECM
- Microsoft Intune/Auto Pilot
- Image creation for desktops.
