Position: Project Management Officer, Media & R2E Departments

As part of its rapid growth, Frekaz Group seeks an experienced Project Management Officer for its Media & R2E Departments.

You will actively participate to the growth and development of Frekaz Group through managing on a day to day basis the maintenance, update and growth of its proprietary tech and marketing services, tools and platforms, notably by organizing and supervise the execution of the development schedule with team, suppliers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects organization and scheduling within the Media & R2E Departments
• Manage diverse teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency
• Drive business vision with a strong focus on profit and loss (P&L) management
• Establish and maintain AGILE project management processes and methodologies, taking into account technological evolutions and strategic pivots.
• Design and implement project plans, specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain agreements with international B2C and institutional partners
• Coordinate technical, editorial and marketing teams, applying AGILE methodologies to align project goals with strategic objectives
• Integrate web culture and strategic intelligence into project implementation
• Act as a bridge between the strategic teams in each division and the executive team, ensuring effective coordination:

 - Daily and weekly calls

  - Setting goals, Kpis etc.

- produce reports to challenge projects within the target vision

Required Expertise:

• Proven experience in Tech company or crypto-asset industry and have a deep understanding of blockchain, Web3, and cryptocurrency
• Advanced skills in project management, including team leadership and scheduling
• Proficiency in AGILE work methods and an ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in handling international partnerships, both B2C and institutional
• University degree or convincing track-record in management, engineering, business or a similar field
• Autonomy (full remote job - CET time) and proactivity
• Good command of Clickup, Canva, Google Suite, Trello, Slack…
• English and french speaking & writing (the media's core team is French)
