As a Creative Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating game projects, ensuring smooth workflows, managing budgets, and fostering team growth. Your work will ensure high-quality deliverables, alignment across stakeholders, and a positive, results-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Coordinate Projects and Stakeholders:
Manage multiple game projects from concept to live operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, timelines, and expectations.
Asset and Documentation Management:
Collect and organize all required assets, footage, and documentation.
Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet specifications and maintain high standards.
Ensure all project records are updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Budget and Performance Management:
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Regularly update and track OKRs/KPIs to reflect team performance and project milestones.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for personal and team improvement.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Strong organizational skills for coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, FigJam, and Confluence.
Experience with Kanban project management practices, including workflow optimization.
Proven ability to manage budgets and track OKRs/KPIs efficiently.
Over 2 years experience in project management or a related role.
Advantage: Certified Kanban Master or expertise in implementing Kanban workflows for complex projects.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
