Who You Are:

  • Proven Success in Consultative Sales Leadership: Experience building and managing successful outbound sales teams in consultative sales environments selling to senior stakeholders such as General Managers, Heads of Strategy, Heads of Marketing, etc.
  • Accountability-Driven Leadership: Track record of creating a high-performance culture, holding individuals and teams accountable for activity and results and managing underperformance decisively.
  • Strategic and Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT into workflow to optimize scripts, analyze team performance, and provide personalized coaching
  • Experience Selling High Value Services: Proven success selling consulting style services to senior stakeholders in areas such as Consulting, Customized Market Research, Executive Search, Content Marketing, Public Relations, and Crisis Management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary plus performance incentives. The compensation will be fixed in USD and paid in USD
