Position Overview:

We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer who loves working with cutting-edge technology and enjoys collaborating in a dynamic environment. You'll be key in developing and deploying AI models across cloud platforms —from deep learning and NLP to large language models (LLMs). You’ll create tools and automations to seamlessly integrate AI into our production systems and applications while optimizing AI/ML performance. Drawing on your expertise in generative algorithms, you will help drive the advancement of our organization's AI capabilities.

Need To Have:

• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in a SaaS environment
• Proficiency in programming languages, notably Python and Java, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into existing solutions

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing, fine-tuning and similar concepts
• Previous work in startups or fast-paced development environments.
• Knowledge of GenAI technologies and frameworks (e.g., Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform)
