SingularityDAO Labs is seeking an experienced Crypto Quant Trader to work closely with the trading/quant/tech teams to provide full stack services for the trading strategies, the trading platform, the trading toolset and the analytics for market data, pricing, hedging, instrument management, client execution, TCA, trade capture and backtest framework.
As a Quant Trader at SingularityDAO Labs, your responsibilities will include…
- Run MM books following the rota, hand-over the risk following pre-defined procedure, comply with different jurisdiction regulatory/compliance framework, ensure the safety and smooth of the risk operation
- Working closely with trading, quant, tech, and product to understand new requirements and any business-facing issues, provide the first hand feedback based on the coverage for the clients with their associated books
- Full lifecycle multi-task development and implementing the robust, sustainable, serviceable solutions for both small enhancements and longer-term strategic projects.

Required skills & experience:
- Degree in related field (maths, quantitative finance, computer science, or similar) from a reputable institution.
- Several years’ solid banking/hedge fund industry experience as a coding-oriented quantitative trader.
- In-depth understanding of data processing/mining techniques including associated IT infrastructure.
- Skilled with data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
- Fluent in Python - knowledgeable enough in JVM to be able to optimize in low latency space.
- Data cleaning/mining/extraction in a high throughput tick data persistence system.
- Stochastic modelling and statistic hypothesis testing.
- Orderbook dynamics
- Deep knowledge of e-Trading workflows (Contribution, Trading, Pricing, Hedging, Client Execution Algo, STP, Market data).
Preferred skills & experience:
- Knowledge of derivatives products (Perpetual, Futures and Options)
- Market making pricing/hedging/execution
- Python/Analytics framework
