The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our brand and campaigns, particularly focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, digital design, and social media design.
This will be 32 hours per week, for a 12 month duration. It is 100% remote, but you must be Ontario-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design and creative direction for ABM campaigns (B2B & B2C)
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually engaging digital assets.
- Oversee the design process for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage and mentor junior design team members, providing feedback and direction on projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Review and approve final designs before implementation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Lead at an in-house studio or large org.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in Art Direction, ABM campaigns, digital design, and social media design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
