We are looking for highly skilled individuals who, even if at the more junior end of the scale, are confident working autonomously and have a knack for problem solving/finding solutions to your own problems. As seniority increases, we are looking for people who have experience across technical and HR management, mentoring, and acting as Technical Authorities/SMEs on large pieces of work. You should also have client facing experience. Ideally you would also hold a PhD in a relevant subject, however this is not essential. Technically we're reasonably open minded, so long as you're confident in Python and ideally some form of containerisation.
