About The Role
As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of novel electro-magnetic sub-systems, focusing on areas such as RF work, sensors, and communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to transition from a technical engineering role to a managerial position while still maintaining hands-on involvement in technical projects. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Providing technical expertise and guidance in the development of RF and embedded systems.
Building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners.
Contributing to the definition and execution of deliverable programs.
Mentoring and developing teams of early career engineers.
Key Requirements
Strong background in electronic/microwave/radar engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in RF work and embedded systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Experience in mentoring and developing engineering teams.
