About the Role

This key role ensures adherence to SOPs, productivity standards, and data security protocols using tools like Teramind and ClickUp.
You’ll provide insights, reports, and recommendations that empower our managers to focus on strategic goals while ensuring our team operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Monitoring: Oversee employee activities through workforce monitoring tools to ensure productivity, SOP compliance, and data protection.
- Reporting: Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.
- Bandwidth Optimization: Help identify capacity limits and recommend hiring when needed.
- Compliance Oversight: Enforce use of tools like Teramind and documentation in ClickUp.
- Incident Management: Detect and escalate SOP or data security breaches.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, project managers, and team leads to align monitoring processes with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with workforce monitoring tools like Teramind, Time Doctor, or Hubstaff.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- High integrity with a strong understanding of data confidentiality.
- Experience in HR, compliance, or operations (preferred).
