🔹 What You’ll Do:
- UI/UX Design & Strategy: Lead the design and user experience strategies for innovative products that disrupt the market.
- Wireframes & Prototypes: Create intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, translating business requirements into beautiful, user-centric designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with technical constraints and user needs.
- User Research: Conduct user testing, surveys, and research to gather valuable insights that drive design decisions.
- UI/UX Architecture: Architect scalable and reusable design systems, ensuring consistency across our product suite.
- Visual Design Excellence: Deliver high-quality visual designs that are aesthetically pleasing while also functional.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced start-up environment.
🔹 Your Skills and Experience:
- UI/UX Design Expertise: Proven experience in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
- Tools: Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to balance design aesthetics with technical feasibility and user needs.
- Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes and mockups to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with working in agile development environments and collaborating with product and tech teams.
- Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions and receive constructive feedback.
