Platform & Technology Lead (f/m/x) – Heathcare IT Solutions
Your responsibilities
As Senior Technical Lead (w/m/x) in our Digital Lab Solutions division you are responsible for developing platform technology strategies and oversee the design and build of scalable software and platform solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Lead and develop a team of architects and engineers to deliver scalable platform solutions for hybrid ecosystem architectures hosting innovative middleware, data warehousing, IoT and AI technologies in healthcare settings
Develop and implement the company's technological vision and strategy on Healthcare IT Solutions
Collaborate with the product management, quality assurance and other interdisciplinary teams to ensure a successful product design and development
Work closely with enterprise IT department on platform integration and scalability
Act as main point of contact for internal stakeholders to evaluate technological fit of current and future 3rd party partnerships
Ensure platform stability, interoperability, and compliance with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements
Establish and track KPIs to monitor platform performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
Your profile
University degree in computer science, health informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a Technical Lead position in the field of software development, ideally in the medical technology industry
Sound knowledge of modern tech stacks, platform technologies and ecosystem architectures
Proven experience in state-of-the-art SDLC methodologies (Agile, Lean, CI/CD, DevOps) and corresponding tools
Strong leadership and communication skills
Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
Very good written and spoken English skills
Proactive personality with passion for digital transformation
