Requirements:
At least 4 years of blockchain development experience with a focus on Ethereum
Code securing real value somewhere in the ecosystem
Deep understanding of Solidity, the EVM, smart contract best practices and current industry patterns
Experience working with chain abstraction, bridging technologies, intent/relay networks and/or an understanding of their integration into web applications
Experience designing backend services for cryptocurrency projects, preferably in Typescript
Apparent interest and passion for contributing to the crypto ecosystem
A bias for startups: constant problem solving, high ownership and accountability, smaller teams
Nice-to-haves
Informed opinions on the rollup ecosystem and current developments in the Ethereum technical roadmap
Experience working with AltVM smart contract platforms like Solana, Move-based chains, and others
Active and demonstrated contributions to open source crypto projects
Prior experience implementing complex math in Solidity
