We are seeking a Content Moderation Quality Analyst on behalf of our client, a leader in its field!

• Evaluate the performance of content moderation teams and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure the implementation of platform policies and guidelines.
• Prepare and analyze regular quality control reports.
• Identify errors in moderation processes and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate review and analysis of Ukrainian content.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the efficiency of processes.

• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, quality analysis, or similar fields (preferred).
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in data processing and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
