In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visuals across various digital platforms, helping to maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity.
Role Overview:
As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets for a variety of projects, including digital campaigns, web design, social media, and email marketing. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, CRM, and product teams to deliver visually compelling content that aligns with our brand guidelines. This role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually engaging digital assets, including banners, social media graphics, email templates, and web elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions that align with brand standards.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Adapt existing designs for different platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Provide input on design strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to continually enhance the quality of the company's creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in a digital or creative environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects, including web design, social media graphics, and email marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering creative excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the online entertainment, gaming, or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with wireframing or prototyping tools.
