Role: Full-Time Remote Advertising Strategist
ERBDC is seeking an Advertising Strategist to orchestrate, optimize, and scale high-impact campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is tailor-made for a self-driven individual who excels at navigating the fast-paced world of digital ads and has a keen grasp of financial markets and the fintech industry.
You’ll be a key player in shaping the online presence of brands that offer paid newsletters on Beehiiv or Substack, as well as other premium financial services. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our internal teams—ranging from web development to copywriting—to ensure that every campaign is strategically coordinated for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Platform Campaign Management
Develop and execute end-to-end advertising strategies on Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Tailor campaigns to specific audiences, ensuring brand consistency and measurable ROI for each client.
2. Fintech & Financial Markets Specialization
Translate complex financial concepts into compelling ad messaging, targeting individual investors, institutions, and professional traders.
Monitor market trends and fintech developments, incorporating insights into campaigns that capture audience attention and build trust.
3. Newsletter & Subscription Promotion
Plan and implement targeted campaigns that drive subscriptions to paid newsletters on Beehiiv or Substack.
Use innovative calls-to-action, email funnels, and retargeting tactics to convert curious leads into loyal subscribers.
4. Landing Page Conversion Optimization
Work with our design and development teams to craft high-conversion landing pages.
Utilize A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytical tools to refine user flows and boost sign-up and purchase rates.
5. SEO & Google Tag Manager Integration
Integrate SEO best practices into ad campaigns where relevant, optimizing for both paid and organic results.
Manage Google Tag Manager for pixel tracking, event setup, and conversion data analysis.
6. Copywriting & Content Strategy
Collaborate with copywriters or create your own high-impact ad copy, landing page headlines, and calls-to-action.
Maintain brand consistency, clarity, and compliance across all platforms and client verticals.
7. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Track KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and create regular performance reports.
Present insights and data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a bridge between project managers, content creators, and clients to meet deadlines and exceed campaign goals.

Qualifications
Proven Digital Marketing Track Record
Experience running successful multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Financial & Fintech Proficiency
Familiarity with trading, investment newsletters, or financial market products/services.
Ability to talk confidently about stocks, cryptocurrencies, or macroeconomic trends is a plus.
Newsletter & Subscription Campaign Experience
Previous success marketing paid newsletters on Beehiiv, Substack, or comparable platforms.
SEO & Tag Management
