Our first key product innovations are hand-painted adhesive paint samples ("Swatches"), which yield a 100% colour accuracy, save 98% of the paint used when trying out colours for a room, and simplify the colour selection process for our customers. Our second key product innovation is a new type of flexible packaging for paint in the form of a transparent and recyclable paint bag.
The Growth Team at Klint is responsible creative beautiful digital experiences through both video and still images. You will be part of a 4-person Growth Team and be the 1 person responsible for all video editing and still image editing. Your work is based on clear-cut briefs from our Creative Manager, who is also responsible for producing all raw material in our studio in Stockholm. This means you are able to work fully remote (if you'd like) - but you are also very welcome to work from our office / studio in Stockholm.
You will edit still images and videos used as ad creatives on Meta Ads. When editing videos, you will focus especially on great storytelling, making sure the colour grading is beautiful, designing engaging hooks, and leveraging other visual techniques to capture the attention of the viewer in the ad creative format. If you are already familiar with editing of this kind of content that is a plus, but if not we will teach you the techniques needed. We estimate the role corresponds to roughly 35% of a full-time job, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role in H2 2025. The work will be centered around a brief from our Creative Manager consisting of 2-4 videos and 4-6 stills.
