Junior/ Mid-Level QA Specialist (Mobile & Web Apps) in VIETNAM

We are a dynamic app development and consulting agency working with European clients to deliver innovative and high-quality mobile and web applications. As we transition to a fully remote setup, we’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a QA Specialist.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

- Conduct quality assurance testing for mobile and web applications.

- Monitor error reporting tools like Firebase Crashlytics and report issues effectively.

- Perform smoke testing and exploratory testing.

- Document test cases, issues, and improvements using task management tools like JIRA.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Take initiative in suggesting improvements to processes and workflows.

Requirements

- Passion for technology and learning

.- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

.- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency

- Experience in mobile or web app QA testing

. Familiarity with tools like Firebase Crashlytics, JIRA, or similar

.- Basic knowledge of development workflows or DevOps is a plus
