As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our technical projects, from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring client satisfaction, mitigating risks, and optimising project performance. Acting as a liaison between clients, project teams, and executive leadership, you'll facilitate seamless communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.


What you’ll be doing


  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the development team to track progress and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.
  • Coordinate with other areas and teams to ensure project alignment and integration.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.



The skills & experience needed as Technical Delivery Team Manager


  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models, with expertise in Agile and traditional project management principles.
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne, or equivalent.
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams, including Developers and QA personnel.
  • Balanced business/technical background.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels, including the executive level.
  • Prior experience working with Big Data platforms is a plus.
