Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead our SEO strategy across all of our domains. In this role, you’ll strategize and execute SEO growth strategies focusing on technical SEO and creating rich informational / transactional product content. You will be utilizing proprietary data and insights garnered from ShopGraph, our rich e-commerce database containing insights on millions of products, offers, and transactions.
What you’ll work on
In this role you'll define, prioritize, and oversee the execution of SEO strategy for three existing websites (Knoji.com, Dealspotr.com, SimplyCodes.com) and one upcoming product launch (Product.ai). You'll focus on improving the technical SEO signals, on-page factors, and overall organic ranking performance of these websites. You'll also collaborate with our product team to ensure each site has a clear unique value proposition, features and benefits, and positioning to users.
- Knoji: Data-backed shopping hub for product research, brand research, user reviews, and discounts for shoppers.
- Dealspotr: Promotion code and discount centric website featuring more promotion codes than any other website.
- SimplyCodes: AI-based coupon-finding tool (featuring both a mobile app and browser extension), offering the industry’s largest and most accurate database of discount codes. Built on ShopGraph and powered by AI and an energetic community of deal hunters, SimplyCodes’ mission is to solve the problem of expired coupons and quickly find the best deal for whatever you’re buying.
- Product.ai: Fine-tuned large language model built on top of ShopGraph. Product.ai can answer any product-related question, answering with increased accuracy and reduced hallucinations compared to generalized models.
What you'll do
- Craft and execute your vision for how our products can maximize inbound traffic.
- Think from big picture strategy to technical details. Participate in crafting overall product strategy and how our products can be positioned to capture search intent and traffic. Own the details of on-page optimization and technical SEO.
- Perform internal website audits and competitor research to find growth and consolidation opportunities. Envision and create new pages to capitalize on ranking opportunities. Prune pages to improve crawlability and content visibility.
- Familiarize yourself with ShopGraph (our internal knowledge database on millions of products, brands, and offers) so you can construct an authoritative content vision based on the rich data we have available.
- Collaborate with marketing, UX, engineering, and product to ensure SEO factors are maximized in our products, strategies, and campaigns.
- Define and oversee back-linking and link acquisition strategy (important for Product.ai, as this will be a 0-to-1 website launch).
- Monitor and report important SEO performance metrics around crawling, indexing, ranking, traffic, and conversions.
- Identify and execute low-hanging, SEO growth-hacking tactics to improve organic performance in a way that is sustainable and conducive to a positive user experience such as internal linking opportunities, schema markup, hreflang usage, experimenting with HTTP headers, etc.
About you
- 5+ years experience as an SEO Manager owning decisions across multiple web sites. You have a deep understanding of SEO, including on-page SEO, keyword research and keyword strategy development, search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and technical SEO concepts.
- You believe in product-led SEO and having a website that satisfies user intent, anticipates the next need of the user, and provides a stellar experience that has people coming back.
- You're on top of recent trends and headlines in the search space. This includes not only SEO and being deeply familiar with algorithm updates, EEAT, and Search Quality Rater Guidelines, but also trends around AI tools being used for search (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini).
- We're an AI-first company, so you must use AI to automate or expedite tasks as part of your workflow. This could include tasks such as GSC/GA regression analysis, keyword research, or metadata optimizations.
- Fluency in using Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog to build reports, diagnose issues, and support your projects.
- You use data to back up your arguments and you're self-serving in how to get the data. You also don't give into confirmation bias, and are willing to be wrong when the data says so.
- You want to work for an organization that believes in SEO from the ground up, formulating its entire product strategy with inbound search as pillar, where you can play a pivotal role within the organization as an inbound search expert, advising on product UX, product strategy, growth strategy, and content campaigns.
- You want to work in a small team of do-ers, focusing 95% on productive work that matters, with minimal time spent on process, approvals, or internal advocacy of the importance of SEO.
- You have a deep interest in product strategy and user experience. You think like a product designer, and would love to have impact on product success.
- Bonus points:
- Experience with Botify or other cloud-based crawlers for enterprise websites
- Familiarity in the affiliate marketing space
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Metabase
- Conversion rate optimization and AB testing experience

- Starting base salary range: $125,000 - $175,000 DOE.
- Stock options: 0.10% to 0.25% initial grant.
