Your Role

As the Customer Success Account Manager, you will:

  • Act as the key contact for a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Conduct cold calls to onboard new clients and upsell additional services.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships with decision-makers.
  • Meet and exceed sales, retention, and upselling targets.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to optimize client use of our solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues seamlessly.


What You Bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience, including cold calling and upselling.
  • Consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and skilled at achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fluent in German and English (B2 level or above); additional language skills are a plus.

  • Salary: Up to €2,200 gross/month (x14 payments annually).
