Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies in a fully remote capacity. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires monthly travel to the company’s headquarters for strategic collaboration with the leadership team and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Manage the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing tools and trends to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in tools and resources.
  • Support sales enablement efforts by creating impactful marketing collateral and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive marketing decisions.
  • Experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Willingness to travel monthly to the company’s headquarters for strategic meetings and collaboration.
