We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in creating and scheduling engaging content, managing social media accounts, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about social media, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1.Content Creation and Design

• Create and design engaging posts and videos using Canva.
• Develop visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.

2.Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms using HubSpot.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

3.Platform Expertise

• Manage accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Research and implement platform-specific strategies to grow followers and engagement.

4.Communication and Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to understand content goals and execute strategies effectively.
• Follow instructions carefully and communicate progress or challenges proactively.
• Provide updates and insights on content performance.

5.Data and Reporting

• Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
• Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future content.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Canva for creating posts and videos.
• Experience with HubSpot for scheduling and posting content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for social media.
